Natural stone is a product of nature and therefore, variations in colour, pattern, texture and veining occur. These differences and variations should be considered as beauty and not as imperfections.
Any stone used for a customer order may differ from any picture shown or any sample sent to the customer . To prevent this occurrence it is recommended that where possible the customer should visit the supplier and make their selection.
Even when sourced from the same quarry, natural stone will differ from one block to the next by way of colour, pattern and veining. It is therefore essential that sufficient stone is ordered to complete the project as stone purchased at a later date could potentially be more expensive and cannot be guaranteed to match the original stone used.
